Stayed over Christmas. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the balcony was a lovely place to start the day with a coffee or end the night with a nightcap. The woman at reception was always cheerful and made check-in a breeze. The location was perfect and provided easy access to key sights.

The Wi-Fi in the rooms didn't work during our stay despite asking for it to be resolved. , the floor became incredibly slippery after guests from the upstairs pool walked past our door, which was a major safety concern.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The beds were super comfy, allowing us to have a restful night's sleep. We also loved the nice balcony that provided a great view of the surroundings. The woman at the reception was always smiling and lovely, making us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay.
