We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was amazing with a balcony, terrace, and Jacuzzi bath. The partial sea view was impressive and the room service was fast and delicious. The pool area was vibrant and relaxing, with plenty of space. The staff were friendly and accommodating. one of the best all-inclusive hotels we have stayed in.

The hotel was nice and cleaned, with excellent wifi. The food was good with a lot of variety in both the buffet and the restaurants. The staff was very friendly and provided quick service. The location was great, very close to Tulum and Playa del Carmen. The hotel had a program for every night with live bands, music, and shows. There were enough beach chairs for everyone, so there was no need to go early in the morning. The hotel also had nice small swimming areas next to the cliff.

The food and drinks were amazing, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The presidential suite was huge and luxurious. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location on the beach was perfect, with different beach areas to choose from. The breakfast at the Hacienda's Market was great, and the staff there were attentive.

The food was phenomenal, taking into consideration dietary needs and allergies. the service was top, notch, with personal assistants going above and beyond and waiters taking care of us long after closing time. the activities and amenities provided for both adults and children were excellent, including water sports, pool parties, and an indoor skate and scooter park. the location was also great, with beautiful lagoon views and easy access to both the pool and the beach.

The difficulty in getting dinner reservations for large parties between 6, 8pm was a drawback. the resort credits system, with a hefty fee added whenever the credits were used, was also a negative aspect.

The Faro for adults only was a highlight, with its stunning views and exceptional service from waitresses like Elisabeth. Our room was spacious and always kept clean, and the bar staff, especially Eduardo in Heaven, were friendly and made delicious drinks. a fantastic experience that I will definitely be returning for.

We had a great time, and the service was exceptional. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant stay. the food was extensive with delicious choices in various restaurants. the location was stunning with pristine beaches and lush surroundings, making the stay extra special.

Upon arrival at this hotel we were impressed by the luxurious amenities. the staff provided exceptional service, including a personal butler who assisted with any needs we had. the Spa and wellness center was top-notch, featuring a saltwater pool and a range of massage options. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were both relaxing and enjoyable. the beach access was convenient and added to the overall experience.

The only minor issue we experienced was the lack of seating at times in the entertainment areas. this was a small inconvenience compared to the many positive aspects of the hotel.
