I recently stayed at El Mirador Gran in Tenerife for a short getaway. The staff, especially Jonathan the butler, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The high standard of cleanliness, stunning views, and excellent facilities all contributed to a top-notch experience. The location near the beach and local restaurants was ideal, and the spa was truly amazing. The design of the hotel was beautiful, with private terraces and pools in the exclusive Balconada area. a fantastic stay at a gem of a hotel.

The attention to detail and level of service from all the staff made us feel truly valued as guests. The hotel itself is a tranquil oasis, providing a perfect setting for relaxation. Despite some minor drawbacks, such as limited restaurant choices in the area, we would highly recommend El Mirador Gran for a blissful and memorable stay.

The hotel's location was perfect, right by the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including fresh juices and fruits. the staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to answer any questions we had.

The noise level at night was quite high and made it hard to sleep. the beds were a bit too firm for our liking.

el mirador gran exceeded our expectations during our family holiday in tenerife. the luxury feel of the hotel, attention to detail, outstanding pool, and prime location near the beach and classy restaurants impressed us. the friendly staff and unexpected upgrade to the presidential suite made our stay unforgettable.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room.

This hotel is a luxurious haven with exclusive amenities that met all my needs. the staff service was efficient and helpful, and the Spa & wellness centre was an oasis of relaxation. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were top-notch, and the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were perfect for soaking up the sun. the beach access was convenient, and the sun terrace was the perfect spot to unwind.

The only minor issue I came across was the slow service at the restaurant and bar/lounge area. the quality of the food and drinks more than made up for it.
