waited over 45 minutes for a drink at the bar, while the bartenders seemed to be off on a break! no one acknowledged my frustration, which is just what you'd expect from a low-end motel. also, I was denied a free upgrade upon arrival—clearly I deserved better. I just couldn’t give a good review.

The room was comfy and the staff were heaps friendly, but the parking hassle and lack of hot water was a real downer, eh?

Expensive parking and long wait for the elevator.

So, the room was super comfy, like the best sleep I've had in ages, and brekkie was amazing with the most options! The Starbucks in the lobby was a lifesaver for my caffeine fix. The pool area was a total jol for some chill time after long days.

But the bartenders were a bit distracted, not very friendly—could do better, you know? But overall, it was a solid stay!

room was quite dirty upon arrival. I found hair in the sink, and the floors were uncomfortably grimy. Additionally, the lack of breakfast options was disappointing. However, one manager went out of their way to make things right when I addressed my concerns.

I recently enjoyed my stay at Marriott Orlando Downtown. The staff were attentive, quickly assisting me with my luggage and offering thoughtful recommendations for nearby cafes. The lobby was vibrant, creating a welcoming atmosphere as I arrived. It was a nice place to unwind after a busy day at the theme parks.

Some amenities could be improved.

The parking arrangement is ridiculous!!! Paying for valet or self-parking should be included in the nightly rate!!! The check-in process could be improved by having more staff available!!! The lobby lacks any unique character or identity!!!

It was just a top selection for a momentary visit in Orlando with excellent value for money. The ground floor looks great after the refurbishment, making for a pleasant atmosphere. Try to enjoy the lounge area for a quick break, even if the drink options are limited.

Great fitness center and heated pool, but elevators were frustratingly slow.

the room was not particularly clean the location was calm and nice the bed was comfortable and the ac worked well plus the lobby had good lighting and was a nice area
