The customer service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Breakfast was also delicious with attention to detail.

The hotel is conveniently located near major highways and amenities, making it easy to access and find restaurants and shops nearby. the suite I stayed in had a Jacuzzi tub in the main room, which was a nice feature and provided a relaxing experience. the bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean and cozy, creating a pleasant atmosphere for a good night's sleep.

The hotel needs some finishing touches as it recently underwent remodeling, and there were some missing details that detracted from the overall experience. the staff seemed a bit untrained and could have provided better service.

Our group of friends had an incredible experience at this hotel. The location was perfect for us, as it was just minutes away from all the wineries we wanted to explore. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable with beautiful decor. The bathroom was modern and immaculate. The staff provided excellent service and had exceptional knowledge of local wines. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and the view of the surrounding area was stunning. We also loved the impressive pool and other facilities.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with a separate seating area and TV for added comfort. the shower was also very nice, providing a relaxing and refreshing experience. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the highway was convenient for easy access to nearby attractions and destinations.

The service at the hotel was quite subpar. On multiple occasions, we had to call multiple times to get items delivered to our room, and even then, some were forgotten altogether.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place. The location was perfect, being near a shopping center which was super convenient. The hotel was also located on the outskirts of a beautiful quaint town, allowing us to explore and enjoy the local atmosphere. The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping always being prompt and attentive. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities. We especially enjoyed the sitting area and terrace, where we could relax and take in the lovely surroundings. The staff even accommodated our request for a room with two queen beds even though we had initially booked a room with a King. the comfort and quality of this hotel exceeded our expectations.
