One drawback is the lack of comfortable chairs inside the room.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right by the beach and close to all the attractions and activities in the area. The hotel staff were always smiling and provided excellent service throughout my stay, ensuring that I had everything I needed.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was great and I couldn't find anything that needed improvement.

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location on a very nice beach is a major plus. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are basic but well-maintained, with a great continental breakfast included.

The only downside mentioned is that the Wi-Fi capabilities at the hotel could be improved.

We loved the hotel's location right on an incredible beach with coral reef literally within walking distance. The pristine beaches were perfect for snorkeling. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was attentive and helpful.

Perfect Location: The hotel was ideally located with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. It was convenient to have everything within walking distance.

Additional Charges: We were disappointed to discover that there were additional charges for certain amenities, such as access to showers and restrooms. It would have been better if these charges were clearly communicated beforehand.

Great location on the beach with nearby dive shops. Bungalows have handy fridge. Included breakfast voucher sufficient for continental breakfast. Other restaurants within walking distance. Good for families and diving.

I had a fantastic experience at Club Akumal Caribe. the location is amazing, with a private beach that offers incredible snorkeling spots. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and had great views of the pool and beach. the best part was the option to book a front beach room, which was well worth the small additional cost. It had a kitchen, provided privacy, and offered stunning views. Plus, the convenience of a nearby supermarket allowed us to cook our own dinners every night. this place provided great value for money, and I highly recommend it.
