The location of the hotel is convenient, just a short distance from the popular Oaxtepec. Additionally, the rooms are well-appointed and modern, with functioning amenities such as the shower, toilet, AC. The hotel is also decorated tastefully, creating a pleasant ambiance. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, ensuring a comfortable stay. Moreover, the staff is friendly and helpful, providing good service.

There were no wash towels provided in the bathroom, which was a slight inconvenience.

We enjoyed an amazing stay at this exclusive venue. the service was outstanding, and the staff was attentive to our every need. the outdoor swimming pool was an absolute highlight of our stay and provided a luxurious experience. the solarium and sun loungers were perfectly placed to enjoy the spectacular garden area and soak up the sun. the restaurant and bar area were top-notch, with a fantastic selection of dinner options. the private facilities in our room were also exclusive and added to the luxurious experience.

The only minor issue was the location advantage of this hotel as it was a little further from the city center. this was not a major concern as the hotel offers a shuttle service to the nearest town center.

We had a fantastic experience at a hotel in the area. We accidentally left our wallet by the pool and the staff returned it to us promptly without anything missing. The hotel was also clean and the bed was comfortable. we highly recommend this place for a pleasant stay.
