The hotel's location on the main square in the center of Holbox was perfect for exploring the city. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The helpful staff went above and beyond to solve any issues, even offering a free stay at another hotel when needed. The facilities, including the rooftop bar and small pool, added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

I recently stayed at Hotel Arena in the center of Isla Holbox. The rooftop bar was absolutely stunning, offering panoramic views of the area. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The owner and staff went above and beyond to solve a water problem we had, arranging a complimentary stay at The Exclusive Flamingo Resort with transfers and additional perks. The location was perfect, surrounded by restaurants and just a short walk from the beach.

The check-in lady was also very kind. The hotel had a charming rooftop with a small pool, perfect for relaxing with a cocktail. I highly recommend this hotel for a restful stay.

Although the room was amazing, I did find the outside noise to be a bit too much. The loud music from the square could be heard until late at night and even at 7am in the morning.
