Great location. just a short drive to downtown. friendly staff that made everything easy. snorkeling off the dock was a highlight. definitely enjoyed the vibrant fish.

Great snorkeling right from the hotel

Snorkeling directly from the hotel was incredible with colorful fish and even some nurse sharks joining the show! The staff was friendly and accommodating, and I enjoyed lovely views from my room.

My stay at Hotel B Cozumel was absolutely fantastic! The view from the infinity pool overlooking the ocean was spectacular, and I was thrilled to find delicious gluten-free pancakes during breakfast, which made my vegan diet much easier to navigate. The staff was attentive, and the ambiance was perfect for relaxation and enjoyment. Snorkeling right off the property was a highlight, with so many colorful fish to see. Definitely a memorable experience!

The beach could use more shaded areas.

Charming hotel, friendly staff, with excellent snorkeling right off the property and a wonderful breakfast buffet that started our days off perfectly.

Staying here with my grandkids was unforgettable! We loved exploring the stunning snorkeling right off the beach and even tried some paddle tennis. The staff went out of their way to ensure we felt welcomed, especially with their thoughtful meals like the fresh-squeezed juice for breakfast.

My kids wished for a wider variety of activities focused on families.

It was perfect.

The Ocean View room had issues. poor sound isolation from the nearby road made it hard to sleep, as noise crept in through the door and bathroom. Some other rooms lacked adequate lighting and had minimal outlets, making it a challenge to charge devices near the bed. Additionally, the fridge was cramped and filled with items you had to pay for, leaving little room for personal snacks. Although the food in the on-site restaurant was decent, it was pricey, and there was confusion over what breakfast items were included or came with extra charges.
