We stayed at Hotel B Unique for a week to enjoy the perfect ocean view and great snorkeling location. The hotel's design is beautiful, with generously sized rooms and pool area. The shared space with its two pools and additional smaller areas provided privacy. The staff, especially Jorge, Marco, and Santiago, were attentive and the food was excellent. The hotel is a gem in terms of value for money, with gorgeous interiors, clean spaces, and top-notch service.

The pool area was beautiful and not overcrowded at all. We loved snorkeling outside the hotel and seeing fabulous fish. The balcony had an amazing view. The air conditioner worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. The staff, apart from the reception, were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for its stunning pool, snorkeling, and friendly staff.

We had a fantastic stay at B Unique in Cozumel. The hotel offers breathtaking views of the ocean and the service provided by the waiters, especially David, was top-notch. They even surprised my boyfriend with a small birthday cake. The hotel has separate areas for adults and families, allowing for a peaceful and enjoyable experience. We loved taking yoga classes and indulging in the delicious vegan breakfast options, particularly the vegan chilaquiles. The rooms were comfortable, equipped with a great rainforest shower, and the overall ambiance was perfect. We also appreciated the absence of children, ensuring a quiet and serene atmosphere throughout our stay.

Best aspects were the stunning ocean view from the room and the amazing pool and beach area. The rooms were beautifully designed and kept clean throughout our stay. Complimentary chips were served with drinks at the bar, and the bartender made the best mezcal cocktails we've had in a long time. The location was great, with easy access to local restaurants and shops just a short walk or cab ride away.

The worst aspect was the hit or miss service, with some employees seeming disinterested or unfriendly. It often took a long time for room service to arrive, and one breakfast order never came at all.

Breakfast area service needs improvement.

We recently stayed at a luxurious hotel with exclusive amenities and our needs were fulfilled beyond our expectations. The staff was exceptional, providing outstanding service and making us feel at home. The outdoor swimming pool overlooking the stunning beach was a highlight, and the Jacuzzi was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We also enjoyed the delicious food served at the restaurant and the poolside snack bar. The location was ideal, providing easy access to the beach and stunning sunsets on the sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers.

There was only one minor issue during our stay, which was some noise disruption from the street outside the hotel. However, this was quickly resolved with the installation of soundproofing in our room.
