The hotel's location in the historic district was perfect - close to all the Centro Historico sites in the heart of this city. Everything was within walking distance, including transportation options such as buses to the airport. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, especially for those who enjoy Mexican food. The staff were friendly and helpful in arranging tours and providing assistance throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel, including the rooms and common areas, was impeccable.

We also loved the fact that the hotel had a rooftop terrace where we could enjoy beautiful views of the city.

That there was no fridge in the room to store our beverages and food. It would have been nice to have this convenience, especially during the hot weather.

Room was clean, a good size, and had a great view of the nearby cathedral.

There were some construction activities happening nearby which impacted the view from lower floor rooms. Additionally, there were some issues with power outage during the stay, which was inconvenient.

The WiFi at the hotel was quite slow and unreliable, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, the in-room coffeemaker was not in the best condition, so we found it easier to grab coffee from the lobby instead.

Everything is what i need and want.

We enjoyed an excellent breakfast buffet during our stay. The views from the terrace were amazing, despite the lack of bar service. The complimentary coffee and water added a special touch. I'd recommend this hotel.

The room was so cozy and had everything I needed - air conditioning, a comfy bed, and a flat-screen TV with all the channels. It felt like a home away from home. I loved how I could make myself a coffee in the morning with the coffee machine.

I personally didn't find the bidet very necessary.

We experienced some issues during our stay. the card keys to our room stopped functioning each day after the cleaning lady was done, causing inconvenience and the need to get them reactivated at the check-in desk.

The hotel is ideally situated right near the very center of the historic area and a very efficient Metro. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and our room with a balcony and comfortable beds offered a great view over Santo Domingo. The included breakfast was delicious and a good value for money.

The location was perfect, right next to the Zocalo and other Centro Historico sites. We couldn't ask for a better location, as all major attractions were just a few minutes by walk. Besides, the hotel is in a happening neighbourhood with lots of options for shopping and dining. Additionally, the rooftop view is just fantastic with fantastic views of the city's skyline and the historic center's beautiful architecture.

Sadly, there was an issue with the room key system, which resulted in several trips to the reception to get it reprogrammed.
