Great service and comfy stay

We had a clean room, and the check-in was super easy. Loved the friendly staff and that I could get an electric scooter for my husband without extra fees. The drains worked well, hot water came quick, and the mattress was comfy. The only thing is the casino had a lot of smoke everywhere, which was kinda rough for us.

The rooms at Coeur D'Alene Casino Resort were better than expected, with a welcoming lobby and surrounding areas. The front desk provided great service and the room was cleaned nicely and promptly. The scenic atmosphere also made it a great getaway to relax and have some fun.

Our stay at the casino was worth every penny. The room was cozy and the staff treated us like royalty. The location was ideal, surrounded by beautiful Christmas lights and snowy trees.

We had an amazing stay at the casino resort. the beds in the Spa Tower were incredibly comfortable with cozy bedding, making for a restful night's sleep. the spa experience was truly relaxing, thanks to the friendly and professional staff. We were also impressed by the exceptional food and service at the Chinook Restaurant. the highlight was the tableside preparation of nitrogen ice cream, which was not only delicious but also a spectacular show. the addition of the 24-hour Huckleberry Express Deli, Java, and Creamery was a great option for food selections. the resort offered something for everyone, from gaming to dining, fitness, and spa experiences.

Everything is exactly what I need and want. 🙌

The staff are friendly, attentive, and always available. The division of smoking and non-smoking areas in the venue is appreciated. Lastly, the teepee and story behind it add an extra cultural touch to the experience.

Great location with plenty of dining options nearby. The breakfast at Sweetgrass restaurant was delicious and the service was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel for a nice getaway.
