the noise at night was simply unbearable, with thin walls ensuring no sleep. also, attempting to order room service was laughable as no one cared to bring my drinks. i expected some sort of upgrade for the hassle but i suppose that's too much to ask for.

A fantastic location close to the city center, featuring spacious rooms with stunning views of the Guadalajara Cathedral. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and dining options nearby were excellent and affordable. I highly recommend visiting the nearby Colonia Americana for a memorable local experience. Truly a gem in the heart of the city!

The room was spacious and clean. I got a fantastic view of the Cathedral! Location was A+ for exploring the historical sites and just a short walk to local restaurants. Parking can be a bit tricky though, so just a heads up!
