My wife and I recently stayed at Hoyt House for a few nights and we had a fantastic experience. The hosts, Jamie and Todd, were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the center of the historic town. The room we stayed in was charming and comfortable, and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious. We also loved the beautiful garden and pool deck, as well as the large front porch where we could relax and enjoy the rocking chairs. The daily happy hour in the pub was a fun and social time, and it made us feel right at home.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious bed and breakfast! The location was absolutely perfect, right across from the festival and within walking distance of everything in the Historic District. The service was top-notch, starting with a warm welcome drink upon arrival. The happy hour was a delightful touch, allowing me to mingle with other guests and enjoy some tasty beverages. The room amenities were fantastic, from the heating and air conditioning to the lovely terrace with comfortable garden furniture. I also appreciated the free toiletries and the flat-screen TV for some evening relaxation. The dining bar/lounge area was a great spot for breakfast, which was absolutely delicious every morning. The picnic area/tables provided a lovely outdoor dining option as well. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel truly cared for. The leisure facilities were fantastic, with a beautiful swimming pool, jacuzzi, and easy beach access. The sun terrace with sun loungers and beach umbrellas made for a perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun. The garden area was also well-maintained and added to the overall tranquility of the place. The free Wi-Fi and parking helped make my stay even more convenient. I highly recommend this place for a luxurious and comfortable getaway.

The B&B is located in a very safe area and is centrally located, making it easy to explore the surroundings without worrying about safety. Another advantage is the availability of bikes, which provided a convenient way to get around and explore the area.

The highlight of my stay was definitely the superb breakfasts that were served each morning. From the delicious bananas foster pancakes to the carefully prepared options, I was truly impressed. This was my second visit to this little garden spot, and I can't wait to come back again. I highly recommend this outstanding bed-and-breakfast for a wonderful getaway experience.

The location of this B&B is ideal for exploring historic downtown, as it is right next to the main street coming into town. The owners are also willing to give guests tips on what to do in the surrounding area.

The location comes with a downside, as it is on a busy road down which all the trucks that serve a paper factory roar down all night long.
