The breakfast at Hotel Grand Isitia was a pleasant surprise and included in the room rate. They also provided free tea, coffee, and water anytime which was a great perk. The location of the hotel was excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The room itself was clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The best part was the super friendly and kind staff who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back!

Our stay at Grand Isitia was fantastic! We were pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was included, and they even provided tea, coffee, and water throughout the day. The location was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Although there were some small issues, like the bed sheets not appearing clean initially, the receptionist promptly replaced them, ensuring our comfort. The only downside was the use of plastic cups, plates, and cutlery for breakfast, which is not good for the environment. Despite that, we will definitely be returning to Grand Isitia in the future. I highly recommend this hotel.
