The facilities were clean and modern, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. the location was perfect, with ample parking and nearby restaurants. It was easy to get around the area.

Hopefully, they can offer more variety once the restrictions lift. Additionally, I was disappointed that my requested handicap accessible accommodation did not have bars on the toilet, causing inconvenience.

I stayed at a hotel during Christmas time and there were a few positive aspects that I liked. the location was perfect for my long road trip as it was a convenient stop for the night. Secondly, the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with extreme measures taken to ensure a sterile environment. Lastly, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making my stay more pleasant.

There were a couple of things that I disliked about my experience. breakfast was disappointing as it only consisted of a sack with high sugar and carb items.

Great location for our city trip, easily accessible from the interstate. Secure and well, lit area, perfect for our early morning departure. the staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

We tried to call ahead for a contactless key card but no one answered the phone. It was very poorly handled.

The bed did not meet our expectations, as both my husband and myself have back issues, yet the bed was not firm enough. the darkening curtain did not fully cover the window, which let sunlight into the room very early in the morning.
