I stayed for a business trip and appreciated the hotel's location near the convention center and various dining options. The outdoor pool area was inviting and vibrant, making it a nice spot to relax after a busy day. However, the check-in process felt rushed, and I had to navigate the parking garage without proper guidance.

absolutely nothing was clean in my room, dust everywhere ugh. also, the valet was just plain rude. and can we talk about the ice vending rooms? pitch dark! I expected a complimentary gesture for these inconveniences, but surely that would be too much to ask at this 'luxury' establishment. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t deal with the mess.

I really enjoyed my stay at Omaha Marriott Downtown! The fitness center was one of the best I've ever seen, with great equipment that made my workout feel invigorating. Plus, having Starbucks so close was a convenient treat. I loved that the hotel was within walking distance of the Conference Center and New Market area, making it easy to explore. The staff here is fantastic and really enhanced my experience.

I was a bit disappointed that I wasn't informed about the included breakfast at check-in.

Super close to everything downtown! The outdoor pool looked awesome, wish I had time to dive in. My room had a fab view of the skyline, such a nice bonus. They had a snack bar that was perfect for late night munching. Only bummer was the in-room desk was kinda cramped for any work.

However, a microwave in the room would have been fab! Carrying luggage from the garage felt like a mini workout—thanks for the cardio, I suppose!
