It was just a perfect match for a concise stay in Elmhurst with all in all brilliant value for money. The staff were super friendly and willing to go the extra mile, like offering to check my upgrade options without hesitation. Make sure you double-check your route, as getting to the hotel can be tricky with the surrounding layout.

was set to freezing and didn't adjust despite my attempts. The location was convenient for my travel plans, but I noticed some noise from the nearby roads that might bother light sleepers. Overall, it was a decent stay with room for improvement.

Indoor pool was nice, but receptionist seemed uninterested in helping us check in.

I stayed here for my surgery and the room was big and comfy! The bathrooms were updated, and I loved the inviting lobby with drinks and snacks. The pool and hot tub were quite nice too, perfect for unwinding.

However, the walls were so thin I could hear my neighbors gabbing and their baby cooing—super fun night! Seemed like I’d wandered into a live episode of 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians. '

I had a lovely stay at Courtyard Chicago Elmhurst/Oakbrook Area. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, conveniently stocked with essentials. The staff were exceptionally helpful, swiftly providing a microwave upon request and assisting with my luggage. The location is also great, within a short drive of local attractions.

I had a bit of a rough start. The hotel lobby was under renovation, which made check-in confusing. The breakfast options were limited, but the heated pool was definitely a highlight.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness center, and a bar/lounge area. On my first stay, the staff helped serve my elderly parents, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend for a stress-free stay! I'm coming back for a city trip.

the staff allowed us to check in very early at 6 am. the ice machine was broken on our floor.

The King Room provided a clean and spacious environment, making it suitable for a family trip. Customer service was a mixed experience. while some staff were pleasant, the breakfast process lacked organization and hygiene, as one attendant poorly managed the food bins. Despite the breakfast hiccup, the hotel offers light snacks for convenience and is conveniently located near a delightful restaurant. Traffic noise might be an issue for light sleepers.

the breakfast was a bit of a mess, one lady at the counter kinda rude. on the bright side, the fitness center was open 24 hours which was awesome. great location near walgreens and dunkin' for snacks. also, check-in was super quick!
