Great value for money, cozy and retro room with a nice modern lobby. Conveniently located near shopping and restaurants with friendly and helpful staff. Also, the pool was fantastic.

Menu for breakfast could be improved with more options.

I loved the warm, freshly-baked cookies provided in the evenings. The pool was clean and inviting. My room was comfortable, with a soft bed, though the bathroom was small. It was great to have a Starbucks on site. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They gave us a room close to the elevator when they saw my daughter on crutches, which was a thoughtful gesture. the temperature control in the room was comfortable and the beds and pillows were comfortable as well. the water pressure in the bathroom was excellent and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to multiple restaurants within a 5, minute drive was convenient.

One downside was the smell in our room, which seemed like someone had possibly smoked in it before. Despite using air freshener, the odor persisted throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic view of the small river with ducks from our room, which was a pleasant surprise. The parking lot was spacious and convenient. The rooms were comfortable, and even though there were no special features, they did have a small refrigerator. The hotel is located in a quiet area, with a couple of pizza places that deliver nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Anthony, were incredibly hospitable and kind. Anthony even went above and beyond by providing me with a menu for a late-night pizza place and having a personal-sized pizza delivered to my room within 10 minutes. The room was exceptionally clean, and the entire staff, including the cleaning staff, were always helpful. The location of this hotel was perfect for my needs, as it was conveniently close to restaurants and shops in the Chicago suburbs where I was staying for one night on family business.

The hotel was recently renovated and had a modern look, which was a nice touch. the gas burning fireplace in the lobby added a cozy atmosphere, perfect for Christmas time. the lobby restaurant stayed open until 10pm, which was convenient for late-night snacks or drinks. the complimentary parking was a great perk, especially compared to downtown hotels that charge a hefty fee.

One downside was the size of the beds, as they were too small to comfortably accommodate two people. This was a disappointment, especially during the holiday season when I wanted to relax and enjoy the company of my loved ones.

Felt like a fairy, no complaints at all.

They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were always ready to assist with any needs or questions we had. It was refreshing to see such genuine happiness and enthusiasm from the employees.

We felt very at home at the Courtyard Chicago Elmhurst/Oakbrook Area and had no complaints whatsoever.
