The building itself was beautiful, a mix of old and new that added to its charm. The room was spotless and had all the amenities we needed, including a coffee maker with real coffee. We felt safe as solo female travelers and the staff were friendly and helpful. We even arranged a taxi transfer to the airport which was professional and good value. we highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The staff was outstanding and very friendly. They were always attentive and willing to help. the location was perfect, in walking distance from all the attractions in downtown. It was convenient to explore the city without having to travel far. the valet parking service was great, making it easy to come and go from the hotel.

The wifi signal was very poor or nonexistent. It seems that the thick walls of the building caused the signal to struggle.

My xmas stay at this hotel was fantastic! the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and coffee places nearby. the hotel itself was beautiful, with its construction being an old historic house. It was clean and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. I loved that each room had both A/C and heat, which was very convenient for the city's weather. Additionally, the valet service for parking was practical and made it easy for us to travel by car.
