We had a fantastic stay at Mary Carmen! The location was perfect, just a block and a half from the ferry and right in the heart of the town center. Despite being so central, the hotel was surprisingly quiet after 10:30 pm. The staff were always available and responsive, even going above and beyond by immediately moving us to another room when there was a leak in our bathroom. The beds were firm, which we loved, and the linens and towels were pristine. The AC and powerful fan kept the room comfortable, and having access to a small kitchen and fridge was a bonus. The hotel had a charming Mexican tile and style, and we enjoyed sitting outdoors and watching turtles in the courtyard. a non-generic hotel with friendly staff and a great location.
