Great location near attractions and Alhondigas. Helpful staff. Modest but sufficient breakfast. Comfortable bed and mini balcony. Decent sized bathroom with warm water. Hairdryer, iron, and reliable wifi. Attentive staff. Safe and secure with parking. Excellent service and central location. If returning, would choose this place again.

The hotel had free parking and was located within a 10-minute walk of the city center. the bed in our room was very comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

the room was extremely hot and the fan barely worked to provide relief. the water pressure in the shower was very low and the shower head needed cleaning.

We had an amazing time at a hotel right in the heart of the action! Our room was massive and the hot water worked perfectly. Despite the noise from big trucks at night, we always felt safe. The location was perfect, with famous historical sites and local food just a few minutes away. we highly recommend this hotel.
