my stay was wonderful, as the hotel was just a few steps from the lively Plaza Garibaldi where I enjoyed the music and the atmosphere, and it was also only 500 meters from the beautiful Alameda Central park, perfect for a relaxing stroll after a day of exploring.

Cozy atmosphere with a nice balcony view.

During my stay, I faced several issues that really dampened my experience. My first room had ongoing maintenance problems, including a toilet that seemed unclean and windows that wouldn't close, leading to excessive noise from the street. Although I was eventually moved to a quieter room, I still found remnants of previous guests and dirty linens, which was quite disappointing given my expectations.

What a grand stay! Right in the buzz of Plaza Garibaldi, the mariachis were simply magnificent. Staff were grand, always keen to help. Only downside was the brekkie. could do with a bit more variety, but overall, it was a mighty time!

Centrally located with lively mariachis filling the square, this hotel was a delightful choice. The comfortable beds provided a great night's sleep. Breakfast featured eggs and fruits, though it produced quite a line. Friendly staff and a convenient area made it easy to explore! Just be prepared for some street noise!

The location's awesome since it’s close to the metro and a quick stroll to the Zocalo and Bellas Artes. The room was spacious with a nice balcony view over the lively area. Breakfast had cute options but could be better.

the location is close to many transportation options for easy city exploring. the room had a very small bathroom that felt cramped for comfort.

Had an awesome time with friends! Great location near the lively plaza. We got to enjoy mariachis and delicious food. The staff was very helpful, and our rooms were clean. Make sure to ask for even-numbered rooms to avoid loud club noise. Free breakfast was a nice touch!

One of my friends had an issue with inconsistent wifi, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, it didn't take away from the fun we had!

I really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere with a fantastic shower and a comfy bed that made it hard to leave in the morning. I loved my time relaxing by the pool and enjoying the fresh fruit at breakfast. Just a heads up, the breakfast rush can get a bit busy, so plan accordingly! 😊

this hotel is in a super location right by plaza garibaldi, so much fun there with mariachi music everywhere! the staff is really friendly and helpful, always smiling around the hotel. room was clean and comfy with a cool bathroom. they have a nice selection of fruits and waters at the front desk every day, which i thought was a nice touch. breakfast is decent, and i liked the way they change up the fruit options daily.
