Great value for money with a beautiful, clean room and a stunning view. The hotel staff were all friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location was perfect and the restaurant offered delicious Michoacan and Mexican cuisine.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety and options.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is amazing, right in front of the park! I loved being able to walk around and explore the town easily. The service here was top-notch, from the friendly staff to the helpful room service. The room itself was beautiful and clean, with a great view. I also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant. the experience was fantastic and I wish I could have stayed longer.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a coffee maker. The location was perfect for shopping at local markets and experiencing town festivities. We loved that the hotel was right in front of the park, making it easy to walk and admire the plaza. The steam room was a fantastic feature, and the gym was decent.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the center of town. It was convenient to have a parking garage available. Additionally, I appreciated the authentic Spanish feel of the hotel, with its beautiful wood carvings and decor.

Some of the access doors were broken, causing delays in entering the hotel. the lack of lights in the hallway made it necessary to use our phone flashlights to navigate.

Noisy rooms located in the front of the hotel. Limited bar hours and noise from the bar on weekends.

I loved the value for money at Plaza! The room was amazing, with a large balcony overlooking the plaza, super comfortable beds, and the best shower I've ever had in a hotel. The location couldn't have been better for exploring and the staff treated us like VIPs throughout our stay.
