The helpful staff allowed us to check in early and store our luggage before our bus. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful hotel with a charming courtyard and common room. Convenient location near main plaza. 🌷

The hotel had some nice decor and the flushing of the toilet was powerful. It was located in a central area which was convenient for exploring the main plaza. the staff also allowed us to check-in early and store our luggage which was helpful.

Our experience at the hotel wasn't the best. the staff at the front desk seemed inexperienced and disorganized, not knowing how to check us in properly.

The front desk staff at Hotel Provincia was welcoming and accommodating. Despite a few hiccups, they went out of their way to ensure our comfort and resolve any issues promptly. I appreciated their efforts to make our stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location couldn't have been better, right next to the main plaza. Despite some loud music from nearby bars, we didn't mind at all as we were enjoying the vibrant atmosphere. The staff here was incredibly helpful, allowing us to check in early and storing our luggage until our night bus. The breakfast provided was super delicious, a great start to our day.

We would highly recommend this hotel to others.
