The receptionist Sandy was excellent, providing helpful guidance and arranging taxis. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed. Convenient location with a metro station nearby. Good options for vegetarians at breakfast.

During Christmas, we had two complementary drinks and a small cake that was a nice touch. the location was close to the city center and public transportation was easily accessed. the room had a nice view of the street.

The cleanliness of the room was subpar. the bathroom was dirty and it seemed like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned.

This hotel is conveniently located right by the metro station, making it easy to access all lines. It is also close to the city centre and a market where you can buy food. The room is spacious and the bed is big and comfy.

Some guests were noisy, but the reception quickly resolved the issue.

Sandy at the front desk was knowledgeable and helpful, with perfect English. The hotel had a lovely ambiance and the room was well-maintained. Great street food at the nearby flea market during the day and evening.
