The hostel was pretty clean, with spacious rooms and everything we needed - clean towels, microwave, fridge, and more. the staff was kind and helpful, even though there was a language barrier. the shower had good water pressure and the air conditioning worked well. Plus, the location was convenient and we always managed to get a room, even when we arrived late at night.

our little getaway to cancun was even better than expected. santa maria was a hidden gem centrally located between locals and only a short walk to the bus stop. the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the nearby loncheria el pocito served amazing traditional yucatan food.
