Quiet location amidst nature, yet a short walk to town and bus station. Friendly staff, lovely environment. On-site shop with high-quality, fairly priced items produced by the cooperative.

I had a great stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean and had all the facilities I needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bus station and close to the center of town. The breakfast was delicious too!

Lovely stay at a charming place with wonderful, helpful people. The women-only hostel had comfortable bunk beds and showers. The staff went above and beyond, even taking us on a memorable waterfall adventure. The temazcal and massage services were a unique treat. highly recommended.

The stay at this hotel was truly a unique and rewarding experience. the hotel, run by an indigenous women's cooperative, supports their economic conditions and human rights - which is a cause I am happy to support. the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the hot showers were a great way to relax after a day of exploring. I also loved the range of indigenous spa services offered, such as the curanderas and sweat lodge. It was a wonderful opportunity to immerse myself in the local cultural practices. the hotel also arranged various excursions to caves, ruins, and waterfalls, which added to the overall experience. the location, although requiring a climb up and down a hill, was worth it for the stunning views and peaceful atmosphere.

The outside lighting at the hotel was a bit too bright and remained on all night, making it difficult to sleep with thin curtains. I would suggest that the hotel looks into improving the lighting system to ensure a more comfortable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located in a residential area close to the bus station, making it easy to access when arriving or leaving. it is just a short walk down the hill to a nearby waterfall, providing a beautiful natural attraction to explore.

Spent Christmas in a cozy hotel that had remarkable services. the staff was amazing and the food offered at the hotel was delicious. the rooms were clean, and the heater provided us with warmth in the cold weather. the hotel's eco-friendly techniques were admirable, and the massages offered at the hotel were exceptional. the location of the hotel was perfect, as we had easy access to the town, and the surrounding views were breathtaking.

The Wi-Fi provided was not stable, which created some difficulty in communicating with family during the holidays. the blankets provided in the hostel were not warm enough, and we had to make arrangements to sleep comfortably.
