The resort buffet is pretty good with a

great variety and quality of food. The area feels spacious despite the crowd, and the animation team keeps the energy high. However, the AC in the elevators wasn’t working, which made waiting a bit uncomfortable, especially in the heat.

The food was absolutely delicious, with an amazing buffet and fantastic grilled meats. I loved the layout of the outdoor space—plenty of lounge chairs and lovely, clean beach! Really enjoyed the relaxing spa pool too.

And let's just say the room decor was straight out of the 70s—bring your best floral wallpaper!

Visit the Kids' Club. it's an excellent way for children to enjoy crafts and make friends. Don’t miss out on the entertainment activities by the pool.

The property features clean rooms with spacious layouts. I enjoyed a stunning ocean view from my room. The buffet offered a variety of fresh and tasty meals. The pools were well-maintained and enjoyable. Evening shows provided great entertainment options.

For a better dining experience, make reservations at the Japanese and steak restaurants early. they tend to fill up quickly and provide a more intimate atmosphere.

The entertainment staff, especially Andres, provide engaging shows and make great efforts to connect with guests, creating a fun atmosphere.

Access to specialty restaurants was frustrating as we were often told they were fully booked despite noticing empty tables, which diminished our dining experience.

Customer service was outstanding the food was delicious and varied from breakfast to dinner. The bar staff made impressive drinks and the housekeeping maintained impeccable cleanliness throughout our stay.

Room decor felt outdated which was disappointing. Check-in was slow and the orientation to hotel amenities was lacking, causing us to miss some options that could have enhanced our experience.

Our ocean view room was lovely and spacious, but honestly a bit dated. The A/C worked great, keeping it cool. They had this extractor in the restroom to help with humidity, which was a nice touch. It was always clean, but noise from outside in the morning was a bummer. We got woken up early by lawnmowers, though that’s just bad luck. Overall, the view was pretty amazing when you looked out over the beach!
