We had a fantastic time at the riverfront park near the hotel, where we enjoyed kayaking and sailing. It was a perfect opportunity to get the kids out on the water and take in the beautiful city views. The staff were friendly and helpful, making it a delightful family experience.

The views from the hotel were stunning! I could see the beautiful cityscape, the majestic Lake Michigan, and the flowing Chicago River right from my window. It was truly a breathtaking sight. We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the river and in the center of the city. We were able to walk to all the sights and attractions we wanted to see, including Millennium Park, Navy Pier, and the theater district. The views from our room were stunning when we requested a room with a view. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially the concierge who assisted us multiple times. The bar on the upper floor was absolutely beautiful, although it did get crowded and noisy at times.

The only downside we experienced was that some of the items in the gift shop were a bit overpriced. However, this minor drawback did not take away from our overall wonderful experience at this hotel.

Stayed at a hotel with a great location and stunning view. The property was expansive, and they did an exceptional job accommodating a large event. Our spacious King room had floor to ceiling windows, comfy chairs, and a large flat screen TV. The bathroom was roomy with a great shower head. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. good value for the money.

They accommodated our request for a room looking over the river and even offered a super quiet room per my request. The service was top-notch, with the waitstaff in the restaurant being the best I have ever encountered.
