Had a fantastic stay at a central hotel in Chicago! LOVED the spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast was a highlight, much better than in photos. Would definitely choose this place again.

The location was fantastic – right in the heart of everything, just down the street from the Magnificent Mile and close to key attractions like Millenium Park and the Art Institute. The hotel had a bunch of cool restaurant and bar options, and the food was top-notch without costing an arm and a leg. 🏨

We had a fantastic time at the riverfront park near the hotel, where we enjoyed kayaking and sailing. It was a perfect opportunity to get the kids out on the water and take in the beautiful city views. The staff were friendly and helpful, making it a delightful family experience.

Excellent Customer Service and Ideal Location

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city's attractions. the only aspect that could be improved is the clarity of information provided regarding amenities like the Regency Club.

The check-in staff was efficient and accommodating, offering a high floor as requested. The refurbished lobby and the lively "Big" Bar create a vibrant ambiance. The central location near the river and Magnificent Mile allowed for easy exploration. The complimentary WiFi was a plus. Connecting with my family was enhanced by the relaxation facilities and nearby attractions such as the Art Institute of Chicago and Maggie Daley Park.

The views from the hotel were stunning! I could see the beautiful cityscape, the majestic Lake Michigan, and the flowing Chicago River right from my window. It was truly a breathtaking sight. During my stay, I had a delightful interaction with the friendly staff at the atrium bar who made me feel very welcome. The thoughtful amenities in the room, such as the amenity kits and the comforting coffee maker, added a nice touch to my experience.

The rooms felt a bit dated with stained carpet and walls, and the cleanliness of the sheets and comforters left something to be desired.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the river and in the center of the city. We were able to walk to all the sights and attractions we wanted to see, including Millennium Park, Navy Pier, and the theater district. The views from our room were stunning when we requested a room with a view. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially the concierge who assisted us multiple times. The bar on the upper floor was absolutely beautiful, although it did get crowded and noisy at times.

The only downside we experienced was that some of the items in the gift shop were a bit overpriced. However, this minor drawback did not take away from our overall wonderful experience at this hotel.

Stayed at a hotel with a great location and stunning view. the property was expansive, and they did an exceptional job accommodating a large event. Our spacious King room had floor to ceiling windows, comfy chairs, and a large flat screen TV. the bathroom was roomy with a great shower head. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. good value for the money.
