We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We especially loved the parking convenience and the transportation options provided. The location in The Club Beach area was perfect, with easy access to the beautiful beach. The breakfast spread was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Laura Lilia Castro who went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience.

I recently stayed at Iberostar in Puerto Morelos for a week and it was fantastic! The hotel grounds were well maintained and beautiful, with a lovely garden, animals, and birds all around. The pool, beach, and gym were all top-notch, and the food offered as part of the all-inclusive package was great, with plenty of options. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and I had a breathtaking view of the beach from my room. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

During my Easter vacation, I enjoyed the beautiful grounds and the friendly staff at this resort. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and the pools. the fact that the beach was clean and well-maintained made it a pleasure to spend time there. Additionally, the staff was always helpful and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay.

There were some aspects of my experience that I did not enjoy. First and foremost, the coffee served at the resort was undrinkable.
