I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Meininger Hotel. The room was clean and new, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. The location near the main train station was convenient for exploring the city. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The location is convenient as it is close to a tram station with fair connection to the city center. Despite this, the price is affordable. It is also very close to Bahnstadt and Hauptbahnhof. Although it is situated in a kind of industrial area, it is a bit further from the old town or a supermarket.

The car park situation may not be ideal, requiring a fee to ensure a parking spot directly at the hotel.
