I had a great stay at this hotel! the value for money was excellent - I couldn't believe how affordable it was for the quality of the accommodations. Secondly, the location near the market was a huge plus. I loved being able to easily explore and grab breakfast at the nearby stalls. Lastly, the staff were friendly and attentive. They really went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay.

Everything was perfect!

Two-story apartment with kitchen, living room, and fireplace, plus beds and sitting area upstairs. Quiet and convenient location, 10 minutes walk from main squares. Clean rooms with beautiful garden and skylights. Lovely patio with all necessary amenities for cooking. Easy access to restaurants, artisan market, and ATMs. 🌺

We had an amazing stay at Kukurutz Residencia! The apartment we were in had plenty of natural light and was spacious. The well-groomed garden with a koi pond made us feel like we were on a private island. The kitchen was well-equipped and we enjoyed cooking with the supplies we bought at the nearby food market. we had a serene and cozy experience at Kukurutz Residencia. We'll definitely consider returning for a longer stay in the future. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good facilities with enough space for a comfortable stay. The location is great, close to the main attractions and not too noisy. They provide towels, linens, and basic kitchenware. I also enjoyed the garden, which was well-maintained, with plenty of greenery and seating areas.

The interior was very dark and poorly lit. It took a while for our eyes to adjust when we entered the apartment.
