Great location, spacious deluxe room, excellent breakfast spread, helpful staff.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. It was very close to the botanical garden, which made it convenient for outdoor activities. being situated right in the center of the city meant easy access to the number one mall in the area. The room itself was clean and supplied with western amenities like toilet paper and tissues. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing warm hospitality throughout our stay. The hotel also had a connected mall, making it convenient for any last-minute purchases.

The housekeeping staff seemed to have a misunderstanding about the "Privacy Please" sign, as they tried to enter the room despite it being displayed.

The hotel location was very convenient, close to a shopping center and with easy access to main roads. the breakfast had a great variety of choices and the staff was very kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. the room facilities were modern and comfortable with a pleasant ambiance.

The room was not soundproof, which made it difficult to sleep during the night as outside noise could be heard clearly. the cleaning service started too early and was interrupting guests' rest.

The hotel is located right in the center of Bogor, with a dedicated access to the Botani Square shopping mall. It's so convenient to have everything just a short walk away! The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities and a refrigerator, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, with the menu changing daily. I particularly loved the Indonesian food served each morning, it was absolutely delicious!

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great, with no major issues or disappointments.

Arrived late, but still open. Friendly reception, clean room. Ordered taxi online, hotel ensured it waited. Well-maintained, convenient location near mall. Good for business or leisure. Good breakfast, some tasty items. Upgrade needed for cleanliness, spooky room. Limited bread and ingredients for Western breakfast. No croissants.
