A delightful surprise at the Movenpick Hotel. The front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process. They even arranged a car for my guest when my rented car/driver refused to go the distance. The room was beautifully renovated and impeccably clean. The attention to detail from the housekeeping staff was impressive. The hotel location was perfect, allowing easy access to Hanoi's main attractions. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious food. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and wonderful amenities.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed with the impeccable cleanliness and spaciousness of our room. the bed and pillows were very comfortable, which ensured a good night's sleep. the location of the hotel was perfect - it was within walking distance of several popular tourist sites and restaurants. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast and friendly service provided by the staff.

This hotel is a luxurious venue with exclusive amenities that will exceed your expectations. the private facilities, including the spa center, sauna and outdoor swimming pool, will give you an unforgettable experience. the attentive service at the restaurant, providing delicious packed lunches and special diets menus, is outstanding.

The only small issue we encountered was the in-room breakfast service. Even though the room advantages were amazing, the breakfast was delivered a little later than expected.
