My experience at the hotel was lovely as it offered a beautiful swimming pool and a friendly atmosphere, making it a perfect retreat after strolling through nearby attractions like the Museo de Arte Popular Mexicano, just under 2 km away, and the Yamil Lu'um Archeological Site, a short walk of almost 2 km, that really enriched my experience in Cancun. it's worth noting that the hotel is a bit farther from the beach than I expected.

This place was just a perfect match for a short-term stay in Cancun with fantastic value for money. The staff were super nice and called us a taxi when we needed it early in the morning. If you're out late, be sure to take a taxi back as the walk can take 20+ minutes through dark areas.

The staff’s warm hospitality made our stay unforgettable! Dining breakfast with fresh options every morning was delightful. Its location near quiet streets provided a peaceful ambiance, and Uber was just minutes away!

Accessibility to the beach required a bit of walking, which might not suit everyone. Air conditioning in the room could have been more powerful, as it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature on warmer days.

The personalized care from the staff during my son's illness, fetching tea and honey, truly stood out. The tranquil setting and beautiful decor made our stay feel intimate and special, a true alternative to larger resorts.

the villa's charm is overshadowed by its 'quirks. ' half my stay was spent dodging mosquitoes, which I surely expected to be treated for. also, the so-called air conditioning was a joke—85 degrees in a room, and no one offered any compensation or courtesy upgrade. I almost thought of leaving a good review, but just couldn’t.

During my stay, I found the beach access to be quite challenging, as the public access points were not clearly marked. Additionally, my room was smaller than expected and offered little privacy, facing the parking lot. The sound insulation was also lacking. I could hear everything from the hallway, which took away from my overall experience.

Had a lovely stay, but the walk to the beach was a bit far, eh? On the upside, the breakfast was delish and the vibe was super mellow. Chur!

We loved our stay at this charming property, as it felt secluded yet was close enough to the beach and several great local restaurants, allowing us to explore without the tourist crowds. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made our experience truly special, and the included breakfasts were a delicious touch.

The only downside was the limited seating around the small pool area.

Had a braw time at this cracking villa! The staff are pure brilliant, especially at breakfast—freshly made omelettes for the win! Only downside? The walk to the beach is a wee bit far, but definitely worth it for the peace and quiet.
