We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just one block off of Paseo de Reforma and within walking distance of Chapultepec and several other tourist sites. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that our language barrier was not an issue. We were able to communicate and also practice our Spanish. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast provided was delicious.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location couldn't be better as it is within walking distance of many attractions including the Historic City Centre, Chapultepec Castle, and Condesa/Roma Norte. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The room was always clean and inviting, thanks to the meticulous housekeeping staff. I also appreciated the variety of hot and cold items offered for breakfast, which was included in my room package. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, exceeding my expectations.

I recently stayed at Laila Hotel in Roma Norte for 5 nights with my partner. The hotel was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. We were on the 6th floor and enjoyed great views of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always available to assist with directions, recommendations, and taxis. The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of Roma Norte, with easy access to Diana and the Angel. Despite being centrally located, the hotel was quiet and felt comfortable and homey. Laila Hotel provided excellent value and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to CDMX.

The hotel had a fantastic location, making it very convenient to explore the city. It was easily accessible to all the major attractions and had plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. I also appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms, providing ample storage space.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms could have been better, and there was a lack of proper circulation of air in the room due to the windows not being able to open. This led to a slight discomfort during the stay.
