Old and worn room facilities deserve attention!!! The absence of air conditioning in rooms can be unbearable!!! Try improving the water flow in showers and addressing the noisy nightclub next door!!!

The location was heaps good, but the breakfast options were pretty limited and the restaurant service was a bit off. Still, the staff were really welcoming and helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay at Laila Hotel CDMX Reforma. The rooftop gym had a stunning view and enough equipment to keep me fit during my trip. Staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely treated you like family.

However, the elevator was quite slow, and there were times when I’d have to wait longer than expected. On a busy morning, it would get frustrating. Plus, the breakfast options could use a bit more variety.

the beds are super comfy with fresh sheets and pillows. internet signal is weak in rooms.

we had a great stay at laila hotel cdmx reforma. the location was perfect, just a short walk to plenty of restaurants. i loved the gym on the top floor! fernando henandez was so helpful in getting us tickets to the azteca stadium for the semi-final. the staff was incredibly nice, making us feel right at home. our room was spacious and cleaned daily, which was a huge plus.

The spot was super convenient, close to so many restaurants we loved. Our room was clean and had a nice view. The in-room breakfast was handy when we didn’t feel like venturing out, but the elevator was kinda sketchy at times. It would be awesome if the breakfast menu had a bit more variety.

Had a great time with my friends! The location is perfect, close to awesome restaurants and the nightlife. We enjoyed exploring shops and museums nearby. The staff was friendly, and our room was cleaned daily.

the location is super convenient, it’s really close to all these cute little restaurants and cafes, and it’s just a walk away from museums, which is amaze. breakfast was pretty good, the pancakes were delicioussss. the staff were hella nice and helped us book a hot air balloon ride which was really fun!

the room was kinda small and could really use a fridge. also, the elevator was sketchy at times, i was kinda worried about it breaking down.
