The views at Las Rocas were stunning, offering a picturesque panorama of the Pacific Ocean from the private terrace. However, in the standard room, a large palm tree obstructed half of the view. I had a memorable experience at Ursula Restaurant, where the gourmet cuisine and attentive service added a delightful touch to my stay.

The cold tile floors in the room and bathroom made for a slippery and uncomfortable experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities offered, including a jacuzzi, pool, craft beer bar Los Reyes, a complimentary margarita. The friendly staff and beautiful views made my stay enjoyable despite the outdated facilities and lack of proper heating in the pools and jacuzzis. The food was surprisingly good, and the cozy room provided a comfortable retreat. The multiple pools and jacuzzis and convenient beach access added to the overall experience. However, the property is in need of updates and maintenance, evident in issues like a lack of climate control, poor lighting, and deteriorating pathways to the beach.

They welcomed us with a margarita upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the room was large with a great ocean view, and the in-room breakfast was quite filling and delicious. the atmosphere in the restaurant was really good, with lots of options to choose from. the staff was professional and friendly, making our dining experience enjoyable. the free breakfast in the morning was worth the price of admission, and the attentive staff made sure we had everything we needed. We also appreciated the outdoor swimming pool and spa lounge, which added to our overall relaxation during the stay.

While the overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of things that could be improved. the bed base in the room was not level and made noise with every movement, which was a bit disruptive.

The view from the room was amazing. All rooms have an ocean view, which is nice, and the rooms are sanitized regularly. The free breakfast is delicious and plentiful, with tables promptly sanitized. The pool overlooks the ocean, adding to the relaxation. The nearby K-38 Surf Shop offers a unique experience, enhancing family bonding. Marta at the front desk is a true gem, elevating the service experience.

I had a FANTASTIC STAY by the beach! the breakfast was amazing, especially the coffee. Spa facilities were better than in photos. I would definitely choose this place again!

The oceanfront location is absolutely stunning, with the pool and Jacuzzi offering a perfect view of the sunset framed by palm trees. While some parts of the hotel looked a bit aged, it didn't bother us much as we enjoyed the privacy of our room and the convenience of having restaurants on-site 🌅.

My only wish for a better vacation for senior people would be for the children of the staff to provide more assistance in guiding us to the incredible vistas, ensuring our comfort and enjoyment during our stay.
