the rooftop bar with a view of the sunset was amazing! right by the beach, friendly staff, great location. the only downside was the small room size.

The hotel offers stunning views of the harbor from the 9th-floor room and is centrally located, making it easy to explore everything on foot. However, the lack of privacy at the pool area and the non-secure access to hotel floors are drawbacks that could be improved.

Loved the views and the rooms, super clean and cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful, made us feel welcome. The pool was a great spot to relax, and the pool area was spotless. 🌴 Only drawback: got surprised by an extra charge for amenities, wish they had mentioned that earlier, but didn't ruin the overall experience!

i had an incredible experience at pier house. from the fantastic location right by the sandy beach to the warm and inviting outdoor pool, everything was top-notch. the friendly staff, clean rooms, and free breakfast made our stay exceptional. the marina view from our balcony was lovely, and being able to walk to great restaurants and boat tours was a huge plus. the rooftop bar had an amazing view, perfect for watching the sunset. overall, a wonderful stay.

Omg, the view from the balcony overlooking the marina with dolphins playing 🐬 sold me! the breakfast was meh due to gluten issues, but overall a clean room and friendly staff. One downside: nearby construction blocking the sea view.

The staff was accommodating and quick to provide clean sheets. The breakfast had a decent selection, though limited choices like one cereal and one juice. The lobby and facilities were well-maintained. The location was convenient for shopping, dining, and beach access, just a short walk away.

The staff at this hotel were excellent and very accommodating. the restaurant had ample choices and was a great start to the day. Our room had a great view of the harbor and all the boating activity. the outdoor swimming pool was nicely heated, and the staff from check-in to cleaning was very friendly.

One thing that could be improved is the parking fee, which was unexpected. the noise from the construction behind the hotel was a bit disruptive in the morning.

The Pier House 60 Clearwater Beach Marina Hotel provided a comfortable and quiet stay. The room's amenities, as described, were indeed stress-free, with the bold red-accented walls adding a touch of character. the private balcony in the North Beach Rooms offered a serene spot to relax and enjoy the view.

The included continental breakfast was underwhelming.

The unbeatable location near the beach and pier seals the deal for a perfect foodie retreat. Cons: While the breakfast experience fell flat, the vibrant culinary scene nearby made up for it. Shelling out $20 for parking may sting but fades next to the coastal culinary treasures.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great location near the beach make for a pleasant stay. The rooftop bar offers a stunning view. Some noise from nearby construction, but the pool and breakfast are solid perks. Parking included. Water pressure in showers could be better.

Mind-blowing convenience! The friendly and super professional staff made our stay absolutely incredible! We were within walking distance of the beach, shops, and jaw-dropping eating establishments. The hotel was unbelievably clean and we loved being able to go up to the rooftop bar each night to enjoy a drink and soak in the jaw-dropping view of the beach. The new property was so comfortable, and the staff was courteous and always there when we needed them. Despite the adjacent construction noise, workers, and equipment, we got a discounted rate that made our stay even more amazing. The location was so convenient, we were able to arrive earlier than check-in time and our room was already available! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodate our needs. The amenity fee included a super delicious continental breakfast with a great selection. The rooms were fantastic and had a great friendly atmosphere. Parking was a breeze and extremely convenient. Our whole family, including two kids, slept like babies. We couldn't have asked for a more epic stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Pier House 60. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, the beach, and the pier. The free breakfast was a nice touch, and we loved the spacious bathroom and the incredible views from our balcony. Our room even had a pull-out couch, which was great for our girls. The housekeeping staff surprised us with a cute towel animal, and the rooftop restaurant provided the best sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico.

The value for money at the hotel was great, and the room was clean, spacious and modern. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely loved the balcony!
