The pool was amazing and the staff were really friendly. the location was perfect with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. We really enjoyed the variety of food and drinks on the menu, especially the cocktails.

we wished there was more variety on the menu, but overall the food we had was delicious. And even though the room was a bit noisy at times, we appreciated how accommodating the staff were with our early check-in request.

From the moment we arrived, the luxurious and exclusive amenities here made us feel like royalty. the service was impeccable, and the spa & wellness centre was a true highlight. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were stunning, and the restaurant's in-room breakfast was a special touch. Access to the beach was a breeze, and the garden area was the perfect place to relax.

The hotel was fantastic, but the only minor issue we encountered was the noise from nearby bars. this was easily remedied by requesting a room not facing the street.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Downtown Playa del Carmen and was pleasantly surprised by the location. It was right in the heart of the action, with shops, restaurants, and people right outside the door. The room was spacious and had a beautiful bathroom with a rainfall showerhead. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast options were delicious. The rooftop pool offered a stunning view, and the small size of the hotel meant no worries about finding a lounge chair. It was truly a great vacation experience.

The dinner options at the hotel were limited, but with plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby, it wasn't a major issue.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise with exclusive amenities that cater to your every need. the service is impeccable, from the Spa & Wellness Centre to the rooftop pool. the sun terrace provides stunning views while lounging on sunbeds in the beautiful garden area. the restaurant offers delicious food, including special diet menus, served in an outdoor dining area.

The only minor issue is the noise level from the nightclubs that surround the hotel.

I recently stayed in an all-inclusive hotel in Playa del Carmen during my business trip, and I must say the staff was excellent. They assisted me in everything that I needed and were very friendly, making my stay more enjoyable. the rooftop pool with an ocean view was outstanding, and the lounge seating was very comfortable. It was a great place to relax and unwind after work. the location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants.

The hotel had a limited food selection, and it would have been nice to see more variety on the menu. the quality of the food was decent, but the choices were limited.
