We absolutely love the prime location of this hotel! It's right in downtown, making it super convenient to explore nearby bars and restaurants, especially on South Congress. The rooftop pool is a fantastic spot to unwind, and the fitness center is well-equipped, catering to all my workout needs.

However, we find the WiFi charge of $15/day a bit steep.

the wifi situation was absolutley horrendous, charging $15/day is quite the cheek! plus, I was eagerly looking forward to lounging in the rooftop pool but it was packed! where was the staff to ensure guest comfort? I almost felt compelled to leave a good review, but just couldn’t ignore these massive letdowns.

I enjoyed my time at this property. The rooftop bar felt like a getaway with great views. I appreciated grabbing snacks from the store in the lobby. While I had some luggage issues initially, a staff member helped out promptly. The location offered easy access to the city's attractions. I could imagine myself relaxing there again, especially with my love for road trips. I stayed here in 2024-07-15.

Room layouts could use some thought!!! The sliding glass design is utterly awkward, revealing too much!!! Elevators are painfully slow, and why on earth is there only ice on the 7th floor? Such conveniences matter!!!
