Outdoor BBQ area by the pool, spacious family rooms with kitchen, air conditioning control

Parking situation could really use improvement!!! Employees hogging prime spots near the entrance is frustrating. Housekeeping inconsistencies led to unclean showers and dirty linens during my stay!!! Miscommunication over room assignments was an unnecessary hassle!!!

I loved everything about this place! It was very spacious, enough room for 5 people. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Conveniently, everything is in one area, shopping and restaurants are nearby. It was great proximity to the Family Worship Center for events.

i almost thought this would be a decent stay, but then the stained blanket and filthy bathroom ruined it. i expected a complimentary upgrade, honestly. and, what’s the deal with no towels? just wash cloths? it’s Home2 Suites, not Home2 Rags. so disappointing, yet here i am, givin’ it a 7—what a tragedy.

Had a rough time here, eh? The bathroom seriously needed a deep clean, heaps of dirt in the corners. But the staff were really friendly, which helped a bit. Chur for that!
