The social atmosphere is fantastic, with plenty of activities and opportunities to meet people. The staff are friendly and helpful, particularly the entertainment team, bar staff and receptionists. The dorm rooms have privacy curtains and the showers are well designed to reduce noise. The property is aesthetically pleasing with a lovely pool and bar area. Free yoga classes are offered, along with great wifi and happy hour every day.

Amazing music and DJs, made the atmosphere lively and enjoyable. Lack of safety in the dorms and surrounding area, didn't feel secure even during daylight. Parties happening in the dorms with excessive noise and disruptive behavior from other guests.

Staying here was an amazing experience. The location couldn't be better, as it was close to both the beach and the city centre. The service housekeeping was impeccable, and I really appreciated the airport shuttle that was available for a fee. Upon arrival, I was offered a lovely welcome drink and given tours/ticket assistance, which was very helpful. The shared kitchen was very well equipped and staffed, making it very convenient. The flat-screen TV in my room was a nice touch, but what really stood out was the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, which were both so inviting and relaxing.

Secondly, the staff were exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and always went the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The basic amenities provided were more than enough for a comfortable stay, and I particularly loved the rooms with the curtain partitions. With two double beds, I had plenty of space and privacy to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. Lastly, the breakfast offered was a great start to the day. It may have been simple, but it was tasty and gave me the energy I needed to kick-start my adventures.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast offered delicious coffee and fresh fruit, making it one of the best hostel breakfasts we've had. The staff provided impeccable service, with Jose going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The location was convenient, being close to the beach and the center of the city.
