I recently stayed at the MM Grand Hotel in Puebla for a few days. The location was great and the rate was surprisingly affordable. The hotel made me feel incredibly safe with their thorough sanitation practices. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I loved that they are pet-friendly. The rooms were spacious with comfortable furniture, perfect for working or relaxing. The hotel restaurant even accommodated my vegan diet and made a special dish for me. Highly recommended!

The hotel had a convenient location in a nice area and there was a shopping mall nearby. It was great to have a big room with a comfortable bed. the breakfast offered a variety of options and there were some delicious Mexican dishes available.

The staff's attitude was not very friendly and they tried to charge extra for things like a puppy and additional towels. the cleanliness of the room was not perfect as there were some hairs on the floor.
