The rooftop pool's view was stunning.

During my stay, the noise levels were unbearable. I was first placed in a room next to the bar with loud live music that made relaxation impossible. Even after being moved, I was unfortunate to have noisy neighbors in my new room, and the thin walls offered no respite from the disturbances.

Cozy room, modern amenities, with a rooftop pool offering stunning views and easy access to downtown attractions and an impressive fitness center that made our stay enjoyable.

Exploring Tulum by bike was a highlight, with easy paths to downtown and the beach. The rooftop pool's view was stunning, but the noise from adjacent areas disrupted the tranquil vibe we sought.

The rooftop pool has amazing vibes with great views the staff was super friendly and the bar kept the drinks coming. The location is peaceful and close to the main attractions and I loved the gym options!

Housekeeping could be quicker with towel changes and I wish the breakfast buffet had more variety.

I enjoyed my time here, especially lounging at the rooftop pool. The view was solid, and I liked how you could bike around easily. I also appreciated the gym, which had many options compared to what I see in Italy. My only complaint was the noise from people passing my room. it disrupted my peace early in the morning. I traveled to explore Americana, and this was a nice addition to the journey.

The rooftop was absolutely fabulous, with great vibes and a refreshing drink to greet me at check-in. I can't forget Karen, the bell person, she was amazing and really made me feel welcome when I arrived.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but overall a satisfactory experience.

Very conveniently located , 10 min biking to the town centre , 5 min to the large supermarket and 10-15 min to north beach. The hotel has the best gym we've ever used. Staff friendly and helpful.

Ope, gotta say, the rooftop pool was just fabulous! The staff was super friendly, quick with the service. The drinks hit the spot. Room was cozy, though a tad small, but that's okay since I was busy enjoying the bar and food. Never had a bad meal, and I'm comin' back for sure!
