The highlight of our stay at this hotel was the exceptional service we received from Patricio at the reception. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We were impressed with the modern facilities and the cleanliness of the hotel. The pool area was relaxing and never overcrowded, and the music playing in the background added to the ambiance. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained. We appreciated the secure environment of the hotel, with ID checks for all guests. The on-site restaurant was accommodating and the staff was friendly. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as slow food service and limited options after 10pm, we still had a positive experience overall. We felt at home and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The best aspects of our new year stay were the comfortable super king-size bed in the junior room and the rooftop pool and jacuzzi. the bed provided a wonderful night's sleep, and the rooftop area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. the hotel's location was also great, with easy access to the beach and other attractions. Another advantage was the helpful and friendly staff, especially Omar from the pool bar, who provided great tips for exploring the area. the hotel also offered free bikes for guests, which was a convenient way to get around.

There were a couple of things that we didn't like during our stay. despite requesting that the cleaners not enter our room, they still came in to clean.

The hotel is located in a peaceful and relaxing area, tucked away in the jungle. Though it is quite far from the center and beach, the hotel provides free bikes which come in handy for exploring nearby attractions such as the Tulum ruins. The staff is helpful and provided assistance in renting a car. the rooftop pool offers a spectacular view and is immaculately kept.

The walls in the rooms are thin, making it possible to hear noises from neighboring rooms.

I recently stayed at Naay boutique for a honeymoon and it was wonderful! The facilities were new and extremely clean. We enjoyed the free sunset cocktails in the pool each night. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and cleaned daily. They even left us wine, a fruit platter, and flowers as a nice touch. The staff were very helpful with suggestions for nearby places to eat and visit. The immaculately kept rooftop pool was pretty spectacular. We would love to stay here again!

The hotel had great complementary bikes, which made it easy to get around and explore the area. the rooftop pool was fantastic and offered amazing views of the surrounding area. the breakfast provided was delicious and well-prepared. the hotel's location made it easy to access all the nearby attractions.

The walls in the rooms seemed to be quite thin, as I could hear a lot of noise coming from the hallway and nearby rooms. It was difficult to find the hotel's location, and GPS was not always helpful in getting me there.

I had such a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The location is perfect - in a quiet, newly developed area with great restaurants and breakfast spots just a short walk away. The staff provided exceptional service, always there to help and provide tips on places to visit. The amenities were amazing, from the rooftop pool and sunbathing space to the comfortable and clean room with everything I needed for an enhanced comfort.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were amazing, and the daybeds were so comfortable. The location in the newly developed area was perfect, with new restaurants nearby that served some of the best food I had in Tulum. The hotel also offered free bike rentals, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

We had a wonderful stay at the Curamoria Collection. the property was spotlessly clean, and we loved spending time on the lovely rooftop pool. the sun chairs and beds were always available, and we enjoyed the added bonus of a heated Jacuzzi in the evenings. Ivan at reception was extremely friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. the surrounding area had a lot of development, but it didn't impact our stay, and we found some amazing new restaurants nearby. Fitalicious, just a 2-minute walk away, served an awesome breakfast. We also took advantage of the free bike rentals, which made exploring the attractions easy. it was a pleasant and relaxing experience.
