I had the most relaxing weekend at this beautiful retreat. The Tranquility room was spotless and had a huge bathroom with a breathtaking view. The bed was so comfortable that I had a sound sleep both nights. The swimming pool was gorgeous and the spa services were amazing. The restaurant offered a modern menu with fresh ingredients, and the shrimp tacos were the best I've ever had. The short drive to the town of San Miguel was a picturesque experience. I highly recommend this beautiful and serene place.

My friends and I had a fantastic evening at this hidden gem. We enjoyed the beautiful gardens and dined on the terrace, sipping our wine by the garden. The food was exceptional, with dishes like grilled salmon and chicken that left us wanting more. The service was attentive and the setting was truly sublime. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and the lush tropical paradise. The rooms were stunning, with romantic cottage-style decor and balconies overlooking the gardens. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit and amazing coffee. It was a perfect getaway.

The kitchen tended to be slow during busy times, so it's best to go when you have plenty of time.

This hotel offers a truly luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities are exceptional, especially the spa centre, where we enjoyed a full body massage and foot massage. the outdoor swimming pool and garden area are also divine, complete with beach umbrellas for ultimate relaxation. the restaurant and bar/lounge area provide top-notch service and delicious breakfast. the private facilities were a major advantage and made us feel truly pampered and secluded.

Although the staff was friendly, there was a slight delay in food service.

During our city trip, we were delighted by the stunning natural surroundings and the scenic beauty surrounding the hotel. the rooms were spacious and airy, with ample natural light and a lovely view. One of the highlights of our trip was walking around the lush gardens, where the farm animals and organic garden were a joy to observe. We enjoyed our mouth-watering meals, which featured fresh ingredients and impeccable presentation. One of the best parts of our experience was how well the meals tasted!

Our experience was marred by issues that unfortunately detracted from our enjoyment of the hotel. We were frustrated by problems with communication, which seemed to occur frequently.
