We stayed at a hotel right across the street from the clinic I came to Cancun for. It was in the business district, close to Peninsula Plaza and a pharmacy. The room was spacious with a tidy bathroom and good quality toiletries. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast buffet had an adequate spread. The hotel also had a swimming pool and free parking for around 30 cars.

The noise insulation in the doors and walls was poor.

Best aspects of our stay were the clean rooms and modern decor. The hotel had everything we needed and even provided a nice breakfast. We also loved the location, as it was a reasonable walk to plenty of food and fun. It was great to be away from the hotel zone and experience a different side of Cancun.

Worst aspect was the small size of the rooms, which might be uncomfortable for taller or heavier individuals. The bathroom was also a bit tight.

I had a brief stay before an early flight at this hotel and it exceeded my expectations. The staff was exceptional and organized a taxi for me at 5am. The room was comfortable with a large bed and enough space for me to spread out. Although not ocean-view, the view was still pleasant. I found a couple of restaurants within a 20-minute walk. I would recommend this hotel for its excellent service and value.

The hotel's location was convenient, being only 15 minutes or less from the airport and close to downtown. We found the wifi to be reliable, and the breakfast provided was decent. We pre-booked a shuttle from the airport through Expedia, and it cost us about $15 USD to reach the hotel.
