As a solo traveler, I loved the cozy feeling of Orchid House Polanco. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The location is great, close to the Anthropology museum and a variety of restaurants. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean. The attention to detail and the beauty of the surrounding orchids create a truly wonderful experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the beautiful area of Polanco. The location was perfect, just a few blocks away from Pase de la Reforma and Auditorio Nacional. The hotel itself was stunning, with lush plants, lovely fountains, and a beautiful building. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, especially the tidy and nice bathroom with a great shower and good appliances. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff was friendly and professional, with the reception guy always willing to help. The lady chef during breakfast was incredibly helpful and super friendly, and we highly recommend trying the omelette with the typical Mexican sauce.

The duvet was fluffy and the bed was cozy. the room had a good coffee-maker, and the towels were nice and clean. the hotel was conveniently located in a safe neighborhood with lots of food and drink spots nearby. the doorman was very courteous.

The thin walls and small doors meant that you could hear every tiny sound from other guests and outside, which made it difficult to sleep. the breakfast service was slow, and there were times when the food was not ready on time, causing delays.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was conveniently located near key attractions and transportation options. the staff were friendly and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities. the rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable.

The breakfast options were limited and could be improved. Additionally, the noise level in the hotel was a bit high, as you could hear other guests in the hallways or in neighboring rooms.

The Orchid House in Polanco is located in a fantastic area with plenty of amazing restaurants to choose from. The hotel's design is adorable and the staff, especially Paula, are extremely welcoming. The rooms are cozy and well-decorated, although a bit on the smaller side. The breakfast offered is delicious and there are plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans. Additionally, the location is perfect for exploring the beautiful Polanco district.

I had the best time staying at Orchid House! The hotel is located in a very safe area, just a stone's throw away from Ghandi Park and the Museums. The breakfast served was absolutely delicious and the staff were incredibly helpful, assisting me in getting dinner reservations and solving any last-minute requests. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. Parking was easily available and transportation around this city was a breeze. a fantastic experience!

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious and exclusive amenities. the garden area was a tranquil oasis, complete with lush plants and fountains. the room was spacious and well, appointed, featuring top, of, the, line facilities. We enjoyed an indulgent in, room breakfast, complete with a variety of delicious options. the snack bar was also well, stocked with high, quality treats. the private facilities were exceptional, offering maximum comfort and privacy.

The service was not up to par with the other aspects of this hotel. While most of the staff were friendly, we experienced a minor issue with overcharging.
