We had a fantastic stay at Fairfield Inn in Grand Island! We were visiting family from out of town and needed a convenient meeting place. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The room was spotless, which is something I always check for. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities like the pool and hot tub were a huge plus. The breakfast was delicious, and the WiFi worked perfectly. our experience was wonderful, and we can't recommend this hotel enough.

The manager was wonderful, taking care of a guest who violated hotel policy by bringing a domestic cat. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and spotless. Staff was exceptionally friendly and engaged with my children. The amenities were worth paying a little extra for.

During our stay at Fairfield Inn, we encountered a small issue with the bathroom sink not draining properly. The front desk clerk went out of her way to try and resolve the problem, even though the maintenance person had already left for the day. Although she couldn't fix it completely, she was able to drain the sink for us, showing great effort and dedication to addressing our concern. We appreciated her proactive approach and willingness to help. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for its attentive staff and commitment to guest satisfaction.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Grand Island, I had a great Christmas experience. the hotel had a very friendly and helpful staff, making me feel welcome and cared for. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to major highways and nearby attractions. Additionally, one of the best aspects was the comfortable and clean rooms, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.

There was one negative aspect during my stay. the hotel did not allow dogs, which was disappointing as I usually travel with my four-legged companion.
