The master suite on the third floor provided stunning views of the surrounding nature. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom. The staff was attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had a lovely pool and bike rentals, allowing easy access to the nearby coastline.

Our stay at Orchid House was fantastic. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room itself was beautiful. We really appreciated the attentive staff, especially Mariela, who quickly resolved an incident we had on our first night. The continental breakfast was tasty and room service was prompt. The location was convenient, as the hotel was able to call taxis for us whenever we needed to get around. we had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is convenient, not far from the beach area, and surrounded by a lush rainforest, making it a perfect spot for nature lovers. The staff provided excellent service, and the food was of high quality. Branded aircon, Netflix on TV, and clean rooms are some of the advantages of staying here.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! the service was top, notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the Spa & wellness centre offered exclusive amenities, including full body massages and foot massages that met our luxurious needs. the poolside snack bar provided refreshing drinks, while the rooftop pool offered breathtaking views. the room was equipped with private facilities, including a garden area, and the location was ideal for accessing the beach, town, and cenotes.

The only issue we experienced was a minor delay in dinner service, but the restaurant made up for it with delicious food and beautiful ambiance.

We had a great Thanksgiving stay in this jungle-style hotel. One of the things we liked the most was the authenticity and uniqueness of the place, which allowed us to feel completely immersed in the Mexican jungle. the location was also perfect for those looking to explore the area, with easy access to both the town center and the beach.

First, we had some maintenance problems in our room such as a bad smell coming from the toilet drain and the presence of mosquitoes. the cleaning service was not included and was only provided upon request, which we found a bit inconvenient.
